Delivery

All items shipping to a UK address will be sent by Royal Mail. International orders will be shipped using the most appropriate tracked service. 

Once your order is processed, our magical mice will begin to create your item/s. Once your item is packaged and sprinkled in fairy dust, you will receive an email to track your order on its journey. We will endeavour to ship your item within 3-4 working weeks. 

Lightning Lane

This service is subject to availability. We endeavour to ship your magic mail within one working week if this option is chosen. We will again use the most appropriate tracked service to send your mail. 

If a parcel is returned to us due to Royal Mail being unable to deliver, an incorrect address, or any other reason related to shipping, we cannot be responsible for resending a replacement. Once your order is accepted by the postal service, all circumstances are therefore out of our control. You are responsible for arranging parcel collection should your item be redirected to a local depot. If your item is not collected and is returned to us, this will be reclaimed by the business unless you rearrange postage, at your expense, following direct communication with ourselves. 

Returns

As your design is created with magic, just for you, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please check the sizing chart carefully and contact us if you have any queries prior to purchasing!
